Corliss Rassyle

Corliss Rassyle is a coffee-drinking, nature-loving, serial entrepreneur, and Mom of three. Corliss was born the third of eight children to a working-class farming family in rural Saskatchewan. Before starting a consulting business, she spent three decades working in a direct sales organization coaching, mentoring, and training thousands of independent entrepreneurs to meet their personal goals. Over time, she felt called to extend her coaching and speaking to others, which led her to start her Company, Corliss Co.   

Corliss has been a student of world-renowned leaders such as Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Brene Brown, Oprah Winfrey and Lewis Howes, she is an international speaker, a certified Success Principles Coach and Dare to Lead trainer. She is the best-selling author of the book Lead Your Life; How to Live With Purpose, Passion and Confidence and the host of one of Canada’s most popular self-improvement podcasts, Conversations With Corliss. Most recently, Corliss became inspired to bring a high-caliber personal growth experience to Canadians, and after several years of planning, that vision was realized with LEAD Conference Canada launching right here in her home province of Saskatchewan in November of 2023 with more than 600 people attending! 

William Nippard

Bill is a premier national speaker, certified life‐coach, top‐selling author and authority on job satisfaction, leadership development, and the science of happiness. Educated at MUN, Dalhousie, and Wesleyan University of Indiana, his formal training is in the sciences and leadership. Through keynotes and breakout sessions, he has for 25 years, passionately addressed staffs and audiences at national conventions, businesses, professional groups, government, and non‐profits on how to maximize job satisfaction and work with others for maximum mutual success. His theories and work have been featured in various magazines and his latest book, I Hate My Job: The Cure For The 9 ‐5 Syndrome has received worldwide recognition and praise. He is the recipient of numerous awards including Dalhousie University’s Outstanding Alumni Award, NLDHA’s Distinguished Service Award, and the Building a Better World Foundation Award. Bill enjoys hiking, weight training, reading, and working with charities to help provide shelter and food to victims of extreme poverty.

Maggie and Tara are registered insurance brokers at BMS Canada, a specialist broker that provides insurance coverage and risk management services to healthcare and regulated professionals across Canada and globally. Working collaboratively with legal, and insurance partners, Maggie, Tara, and the BMS team evaluate the risk exposures specific to health care providers, including almost 20,000 dental professionals across Canada.

 

 

 

Martha Szczepulski

Martha is a professional educator and speaker who has been a practicing dental hygienist for 18 years.  She has gained her experience through general and community dental practices, dental hygiene education and mobile dental hygiene in long term care.  She is the Professional Education Leader for Oral Science. Her vision is to help clinicians create a synergy between evidence based practice and common sense practicality that is uncomplicated and implementable.
Chrissy Ford

Chrissy is a registered dental hygienist, practice manager, lecturer, founder of Advanced Hygiene Solutions, a coaching and continuing education company and co-founder of Advanced Hygiene Consulting. 

The development of her successful dental hygiene CE and coaching programs draws from 20 years of experience in the dental field as a licensed hygienist, university clinic instructor, treatment coordinator and practice manager.  Chrissy is committed to empowering dental hygienists to create strong patient centered and profitable hygiene programs.  She still enjoys working in private practice but also has a passion for educating others.  She enjoys hands on mentoring and coaching dental teams on how to integrate advanced periodontal programs into their practice. Chrissy is a member of the CRDHA, and CDHA and currently serves on the Competence Committee with the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta. 

 

Kristin Yont

Dr. Yont Was born on a farm in Saskatchewan, and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry as a general dentist in 1998. For more than two decades, she has worn a few hats as a dentist and co-owner of Downtown Dental in Calgary,  working as a sports dentist on the medical team for the Calgary Flames and as a forensic dentist with the Chief Medical Officer in Calgary. Most recently, she completed a mind-body medicine program through Harvard Medical School and the Benson Henry Institute, and is now accredited to teach their SMART program which educates patients to participate in their own wellness in order to decrease stress and their vulnerability to disease. Developing human connection is of upmost importance to Dr. Yont, as she has also been a certified yoga instructor for over 10 years. She enjoys spending time outdoors; running, cross country skiing, and mountain biking. 

Sylvie Martel

A seasoned speaker and change agent herself, Sylvie is an avid continuous learner. Her practical experience includes periodontics, orthodontics, restorative dentistry, administration, and education. She has held full-time and part-time faculty positions in both Dental Hygiene and Dentistry programs across Canada.

Before joining the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association as Director of Dental Hygiene Practice, she was a self-employed contractor working in the corporate sector as a lecturer, key opinion leader, trainer, and education specialist. She also served as an assessor and board member for the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada and a professional advisor and education manager with the National Dental Hygiene Certification Board of Canada. An active member of many organizations, her numerous contributions to the advancement of her profession have been highly recognized over the years.

Terri Archibald

Terri brings over 34 years to the dental profession. She has been employed in various practice settings including Perio, Pedo and general practice. She has provided dental screenings and education in northern Ontario communities; developed an independent sports mouthguard business and education on orofacial injuries; and has instructed at both Confederation College in Thunder Bay, ON and the University of Manitoba.  Terri was selected to complete Poster presentations at the University of Manitoba Interprofessional Community Symposium in Winnipeg, the CDHA Global National Conference in Ottawa, and the Canadian Diabetes 21st Professional Conference in Halifax. She was awarded the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honour Society in 2014, the Hu-Friedy Nevi 2.0 CDHA Scholarship in 2016, and the University of Manitoba School of Dental Hygiene Alumni Association Bursary in 2017. 

Her current role with Oral Science involves consulting with dental and medical professionals in the development and integration of protocols that focus on obtaining optimal clinical outcomes through diagnostics and prevention of:  

    • Caries Management 
    • Xerostomia and Oral Lesions 
    • Periodontal Disease and Host Response 
    • Hard and Soft Tissue Sensitivity 
    • and Guided Biofilm Therapy

Allan Kehler

Allan Kehler is a mental health advocate, international keynote speaker, and best-selling author of four books. His TEDx talk on men and mental health has gained international attention, and he has been featured on several television and radio programs. For nearly a decade, Allan instructed various mental health related courses at the college level while also working as an addiction’s counselor and clinical case manager.

Today, Allan is a highly sought-after speaker on various topics related to mental health and wellness. He has stood on more than 1,000 stages and is recognized for his engaging style and captivating approach. Having persevered through his own challenges with mental illness and addictions, Allan speaks from a place of experience. His moving stories tug on heartstrings, inspire a new perspective, and allow people to connect with themselves and others at a deeper level. He uses humor and compassion to create a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Allan has developed a genuine appreciation and passion for learning and working with Indigenous people and communities. This has played a key role in his own recovery, and these cultural teachings can be found in his presentations. Recently, Allan and his wife, Tanya, launched Born Resilient™ – a clothing line that empowers people to persevere through their challenges. They are proud to donate a percentage of their profits to organizations that promote wellness. Allan currently resides in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He shares his life with Tanya, four boys, three dogs, and a tank of fish.
