THE SASKATCHEWAN DENTAL HYGIENISTS’ ASSOCIATION (SDHA) IS A CORPORATION UNDER THE DENTAL DISCIPLINES ACT. AS OF JULY 1, 2024, THE SDHA OPERATES AS THE COLLEGE OF DENTAL HYGIENISTS OF SASKATCHEWAN (CDHS).

An individual must be registered and licensed with the College of Dental Hygienists of Saskatchewan (CDHS) in accordance with the Dental Disciplines Act and its bylaws to:

• use the protected title “dental hygienist” or any word, title, designation, or abbreviation that implies they are a dental hygienist in Saskatchewan;
• perform the authorized practices of a dental hygienist subject to any terms, conditions and/or limitations.
